To submit a claim, use one of the appropriate company links below. If none are available for your particular claim, please call First Group Insurance Agency at (937) 863-8633.

We can act as your agents and would prefer that you to call the agency to talk with us about your claim and we will submit it for you. However, if you have a claim emergency after our business hours, please feel free to report your claim directly to the company, otherwise we would like to discuss the claim and report it for you.
